Q. Your rents are “all inclusive”…what is included in the rent?
A. Included in rent is Xfinity Internet Service (1000mbs plugged in/300mbs WiFi), Valet Trash Service, Pest Control, Gate/Amenity Access & Luxer One Package Locker Access.
Q. Are you pet friendly?
A. Yes! Your furry friends are welcome! There is a $350 pet fee for one pet, $500 for two. Pet rent is $25 a month, and dogs must provide a Doggie DNA Sample to Poo Prints…a service we use to keep the community clean! It’s $87 to register with Poo Prints.
Q. What is the Security Deposit?
A. From $500 to one month’s rent based on screening results.
Q. What is the income requirement?
A. Future residents must show 3 times the base rent income to qualify.
Q. How are utilities set up?
A. Water & Sewer are individually metered and billed through Oates Energy to your Resident Account. Electricity must be set up separately with The City of Cartersville.
Q. What are the application fees?
A. $100 for the primary applicant and $50 for each additional applicant.
Q. Do you have elevators?
A. Yes! We have an elevator in all five buildings that goes to the top floor (4 floors.)
